House Rennovations

So I went through this big thing after we got back from Cairns about how we should just save our savings and buy a 2 story house on Amess Street when we are older & want a bigger place..... although now I'm back to thinking we should live in the moment and rennovate our current house and turn it from a 3br to a 2br - make one of the bedrooms a bathroom & create a kitchen! Life is too short to save for 10 years to move into another house!! (Its the Gen Y in me shining through)

I'm thinking of selling my scooter and buying a motobike....or maybe I am just dreaming...not sure how to change gears or how to not burn my leg off on an exhaust pipe but surely thats not too complicated? Motobikes are just so cool. So much cooler than a Scooter. Even the word is cooler!
